JIMOLDA International Company • Ghana & Nigeria

A clear process for agricultural sourcing and trade coordination.

JIMOLDA helps international buyers and local suppliers move from an initial enquiry to clearly discussed sourcing requirements. We coordinate communication and potential next steps while product availability, specifications and commercial terms are confirmed for each enquiry.

For international buyers

From enquiry to a considered sourcing plan

Every order is different. The steps below explain how a typical enquiry may be handled; the exact process depends on the commodity, quantity, origin, destination and requirements.

01

Tell us what you need

Share the commodity, required quantity, grade or specifications, packaging preference, destination and target timeline. If some details are not yet decided, tell us what you know.

02

Review the requirements

We review your enquiry and may ask follow-up questions to clarify quality expectations, volumes, delivery location, documents or other important details.

03

Explore sourcing options

Where feasible, we coordinate with relevant independent farmers, aggregators or suppliers in Ghana and Nigeria to explore possible options. Availability is not assumed until confirmed.

04

Clarify specifications

Buyer and supplier requirements are discussed, including grade, packaging, samples, inspection arrangements and any applicable standards. Inspection or testing is arranged only when agreed.

05

Review commercial terms

Price, quantity, payment arrangements, delivery terms, lead times and responsibilities must be clearly agreed by the relevant parties before an order is confirmed.

06

Coordinate next steps

Depending on the agreement, JIMOLDA may support communication, export-documentation coordination and logistics or shipment planning. The scope is confirmed for each transaction.

For farmers, aggregators & suppliers

How supplier enquiries are handled

JIMOLDA welcomes enquiries from suppliers who want to discuss potential opportunities to connect with buyers. A supplier introduction is not a guarantee of purchase or export.

1. Introduce your business

Tell us your location, commodities, typical volumes, seasonality and best contact details.

2. Share product information

Where available, provide specifications, photos, packaging details and information about quality controls or documentation.

3. Discuss potential fit

We may review whether your offering fits an enquiry or potential buyer requirement. Any next step depends on demand, verification and mutually agreed terms.

Clear communication matters

What to prepare before proceeding

Product & quality

Confirm the exact commodity, grade, condition, moisture or other quality parameters, packaging and any applicable standards.

Commercial details

Agree quantity, currency, payment terms, delivery responsibilities and the relevant Incoterm where applicable. Seek professional advice when needed.

Due diligence

Independently verify counterparties, documents, product details and payment instructions before transferring funds or making commitments.

Important note

JIMOLDA International Company coordinates sourcing and trade-related communication. It does not imply that every listed commodity is currently available, that every supplier has been inspected, or that any shipment or outcome is guaranteed. Prices, quantities, specifications, quality checks, documentation, timelines and logistics must be confirmed for each transaction.
