Connecting agricultural supply with buyer requirements.
JIMOLDA works through sourcing connections and independent suppliers in Ghana and Nigeria to help buyers explore agricultural commodities. Product origin, availability, specifications and commercial terms are checked and confirmed for each enquiry.
Start with the commodity—not assumptions
A sourcing region can offer useful context, but it does not prove that a particular product or quantity is available today. We begin with the buyer’s requirements and work to confirm the relevant details with suppliers.
Ghana sourcing connections
JIMOLDA is based in Accra and works to connect buyers with agricultural supply opportunities in Ghana. Depending on the product and season, enquiries may include grains, roots and tubers, oilseeds, spices, nuts and other agricultural commodities.
Specific growing area, harvest period, product condition and available quantity must be confirmed for the individual enquiry.
Nigeria sourcing connections
JIMOLDA also develops sourcing and business connections in Nigeria. Buyers can enquire about commodities such as ginger, sesame, soybeans, maize, millet, cashew nuts, groundnuts and other products, subject to supplier confirmation.
Origin, quantity, quality requirements and export feasibility are checked before any commitment is made.
Supplier network model
Our sourcing model can involve independent farmers, aggregators, processors and suppliers. The appropriate route depends on the commodity, required volume, specification, timing and destination market.
JIMOLDA coordinates discussions and information; the parties must agree the final supply and transaction terms.
Commodity examples across our sourcing network
These are examples of products buyers may enquire about—not a statement of current inventory, guaranteed supply or fixed seasonal availability.
Grains and oilseeds
Maize, millet, soybeans, sesame seeds and groundnuts. Buyers should specify grade, moisture limits where relevant, foreign matter tolerance, crop period, packaging and intended use.
Roots, tubers and spices
Cassava and ginger. The enquiry should identify the required form—such as fresh, dried or processed—along with size or grade, condition, moisture and processing expectations.
Nuts, flowers and other products
Cashew nuts, hibiscus flower, shea butter and palm oil. Buyers should state whether they need raw or processed product and provide any applicable food safety, quality, packaging and destination requirements.
Trace the details for each enquiry
Country-level sourcing information is only a starting point. Before a transaction proceeds, the buyer and relevant supplier should clarify and document the applicable details.
1. Define the requirement
Tell us the commodity, preferred country of origin, quantity, grade, product form, packaging, delivery destination and target timeline.
2. Check supplier information
Relevant supplier details and product information are requested and reviewed as appropriate. Any origin evidence, samples, inspection or laboratory checks needed should be agreed for the specific transaction.
3. Confirm before commitment
Document the confirmed product description, quantity, price, responsibilities, required documents and delivery terms before payment or shipment arrangements are relied upon.
Tell us what you need sourced
For a useful first response, include as many of these details as you can. If you are still exploring, an initial enquiry is welcome.
